This is a must read for Halloween. It may not look that scary to those who live by horror movies but trust me, it is. I watched the movie years ago and am planning to watch it again this year with my friends, but as an added bonus, I will be reading it in the run up till Halloween and, depending whether I finish the book on time or not, there will be a bonus review on Halloween to end the scariest night of them all.
When Coraline explores her new home, she steps through a door and into another house just like her own… except that it’s different. It’s a marvellous adventure until Coraline discovers that there’s also another mother and another father in the house. They want Coraline to stay with them and be their little girl. They want to keep her forever!
Coraline must use all of her wits and every ounce of courage in order to save herself and return home.
